Nyepergwayi enlisted in the British South Africa Police in January 1929 and served in Salisbury, Hillside and Umtali during his subsequent career, gaining his Colonial Police Forces L.S. & G.C. in April 1947 and a Bar in October 1954. Advanced to Acting Station Sergeant in March 1955, he retired in June of the following year and settled in the Maranke Reserve; sold with copied retirement notice.
