St Martin’s Rifle Volunteers (25th Middlesex), raised and disbanded in 1860, an officer’s silver plated rectangular pouch belt plate, in two parts, the clipped corner back plate with four bolt fasteners bearing large ornate mount of St Martin cutting his cloak to give to a beggar, on a scroll below ‘St Martin’s’; together with an other ranks white metal pouch belt plate of the London Scottish Rifle Volunteers, circa 1860-87, crowned thistle wreaths with unit title and rampant lion to centre, and a white metal tunic button to the same unit, all very good condition (3) £80-120
