Reginald Price Thorne enlisted in Northampton and served initially with the Royal Engineers. Serving with “Y” Company 15th Battalion Cheshire Regiment, he was killed in action on 29 September 1918, aged 30 years. He was buried in the Menin Road South Military Cemetery. He was the son of Edward and Mary Thorne of Harlestone, Northampton.

Alfred Webb was born in and enlisted at Northampton. Serving with the 2nd Battalion Northamptonshire Regiment, he was killed in action on 9 May 1915. He was buried in the Ration Farm Military Cemetery, La Chapelle-Darmentieres.
