John Edwin Roberts was born in and enlisted at Margate, Kent. Serving with the Welsh Guards, he was killed in action on 3 September 1917, aged 23 years. He was buried in the Canada Farm Cemetery, Ieper, Belgium. He was the son of John L. and A. Roberts of 83 Rancom Road, Margate.

Albert Edward Hicks was born in Wooton Wawen, Warwick, lived in Upton Banbury, Oxfordshire and enlisted at Birmingham. Serving with the Coldstream Guards, he died on 22 December 1914, aged 25 years. He was buried in the Canadian Cemetery No.2 Neuville-St. Vaast, Pas de Calais, France.

James Herbert Robson was born in Newport, Monmouthshire, lived in Langley Moor, Durham and enlisted at Durham. Serving in the Coldstream Guards, he was killed in action on 25 October 1914. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial.

John Bannon was born in Stepney, Middlesex and enlisted at Whitehall, Middlesex. Serving with the 2nd Battalion Irish Guards, he was killed in action on 27 November 1917. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Cambrai Memorial, Louverval.
