Patrick Walsh was born in Peshawur. He attested for the Royal Munster Fusiliers at Clonmel on 21 May 1883, aged 14 years, 2 months. As a Sergeant, he was discharged at Limerick on 24 April 1902, being medically unfit for further service. With copied service papers.
