Henry Botshi was killed on the occasion the S.S. Millisle was bombed and sunk by enemy aircraft two miles east of Helwick light vessel in the Bristol Channel on 21 March 1941 - of her crew of 12 and a gunner, only two survived. He was 64 years old, has no known grave and is commemorated on the Tower Hill Memorial; the above described forwarding box is addressed to ‘Mrs. J. L. Botshi, 3 Church Place, Donaghadee, Co. Down, Northern Ireland’.
