Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Rosette-Mascle/Pinecone-Mascle issue, mule Penny, Calais, mm. cross IIIb on obv. only, rosette after HENRICVS, mascle after REX, rev. mascle before LA, pinecone after SIE, the crosslets after LA deliberately joined [perhaps to obliterate another mark?], 0.88g/9h (Whitton 8c; N 1450/1465; S 1865/1879). Slightly bent, otherwise better than very fine, extremely rare, the altered reverse die not listed in Whitton
