Buckinghamshire, Aylesbury, Francis Wheeler, Skidmore’s mule Halfpenny, from the same obv. die as previous, rev. representation of the arms of the Wheeler family, crossed oak branches below, edge grained, 11.56g/6h (DH 6; Preston-Morley 1021, this piece). Brilliant, with virtually full original colour, extremely rare; only one other specimen known £600-800
