Military Medal, G.V.R. (8000 Sjt., 12/ High. L.I.); 1914-15 Star (8000 L. Cpl., High. L.I.); British War and Victory Medals (8000 Sjt., H.L.I.); France, Croix de Guerre 1914-1918, gilt star on ribbon; together with a Territorial Force Efficiency Medal, G.V.R. (789 Sjt. W. .....er, 6/H.L.I.) this last partially erased, some contact marks, nearly very fine and better (6) £350-400

The recipient came from East Leytonstone. The Croix de Guerre is not confirmed.
