Royal Naval Buttons, Georgian Period & Early HEIC Marine Buttons. Three large Royal Naval examples first pattern Surgeon at Sea Hospital Staff and Lieutenants, the small ones include Hospital Staff Pursers Captains and Commanders pre 1812, and a scarce silver plated example showing the central motif for the Navigation branch but with laurel sprays around the rim. The HEIC marine are mainly standard pattern in gilt featuring the lion and the crown but four of them (two large two small) are in silver plate, very good overall condition (30) £300-400
