Memorial Plaque 1914-18 (Albert Thomas Hanney) fitted within an ornate frame, good very fine £40-60

Albert Thomas Hanney lived at Twerton, Somerset and enlisted at Bath. He was formerly Private 1472 in the North Somerset Yeomanry. As Private 19126 in the 5th Battalion Dorsetshire Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 17 August 1917, aged 21 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial. He was the son of Sydney James and Georgina Hanney of 22 Argyle Terrace, Twerton, Bath.
