Percy Albert Horwood lived at Wood Green, London and enlisted at Harringay. Serving with “C” Battery, 282nd Brigade, Royal Field Artillery, he was killed in action on 1 November 1918, aged 28 years. He was buried in the Verchain British Cemetery, Verchain-Maugre, Nord, France. He was the son of Joseph Albert and Lucy Horwood of 42 Kenilworth Road, Luton and husband of Mrs M. Horwood of 20 Lakefield Road, Wood Green, London.
