Serjeant E. Capstick, Karachi Artillery Volunteers, was awarded the Volunteer Force Long Service Medal, notified in I.A.O. 290 of June 1914. In civilian life he was an Assistant Director of the Indo-European Telegraph Department (Persian Gulf Section).
