Trooper F. Coutts, Assam Valley Light Horse, was awarded the Volunteer Force Long Service Medal, published in I.A.O. 556 of August 1929. At about this time he was employed as the Manager of the Attareekhat Tea Company Ltd, at Paneery Division, Panerihat, Darrang, Assam. With some copied research.
