One Pound, January 1836, no. 6, Cashel, stamped CANCELLED three times, signature area cut out (Pick –). Split at centre and loosely rejoined though missing a thin strip of the design, left edge trimmed and pinholes, otherwise very good, extremely rare €1,200-1,500

Part of the sub-branch issue, as Cashel is only stamped at the lower centre and not printed on any other part of the note. No proofs of this format have been recorded
