Co Wexford, Enniscorthy, Nine Shillings in National Bank Paper, 29 January 1801, no. 1243, for Robert Woodcock. Ragged edges, small holes and splits, a 30mm tear in top edge and vertical stamp paper repair on right side of back, otherwise good to very good, rare €800-1,000

Robert Woodcock registered his bank in September 1799 and subsequently issued trade tokens, some ordered from Matthew Boulton in Birmingham, the final payment for which was made in October 1801
