Co Tipperary, Clonmel, Clonmell Bank, Six Shillings, undated, no numbers, for William Riall, Charles Riall and Arthur Riall, signed by Charles Riall. Ragged top edge with a 15mm tear, a small hole near bottom and some foxing, otherwise good fine €300-350

Sold with a note ‘Found in the thatch of an old cottage at Kildare on the way to the station 1849.’ The bank operated in Clonmel from the mid 18th century but failed in 1820
