Harold Edwin Davis was born in Colchester, Essex and enlisted at Holloway, Middlesex. Serving in “C” Company, 7th Battalion Norfolk Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 8 August 1918. He was buried in Dive Copse British Cemetery, Sailly-le-Sec, Somme, France.
