Serjeant E. Lewis, 2nd Battalion Mnchester Regiment, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 15 August 1914. He later served with the 4th Battalion North Staffordshire Regiment and was awarded the Silver War Badge. Sold with copied m.i.c. - address given as ‘Guernsey’.
