George William Wooldridge, appointed Assistant Engineer, 1 July 1895 and Engineer, 12 October 1900. Served on the 2nd class cruiser Highflyer, December 1899, then as an Engineer Lieutenant on the torpedo boat destroyer Wolf, January 1904. Later served on the destroyer Thorn, 1908-10. At the begining of the Great War he was Engineer Lieutenant on the seaplane carrier Ark Royal, 1914-15. Latterly an Engineer Commander on the Victory. With some copied research.
