Robinson first appears in Thacker’s Indian Directory in 1910, being listed as an Assistant Foreman in the Oudh & Rohilkhand Railway’s Locomotive Department at Lucknow. He was subsequently employed in the Foundry, and later the Blacksmith’s Shop, and is last listed in 1924. He was awarded the Indian Volunteer Force Long Service Medal in IAO 485 of 7 September 1914; sold with brief research.
