Awarded the Efficiency Medal in A.O. 201 of December 1945. An official replacement for this medal was later issued. Awarded the Air Efficiency Award in A.M.O. 552 of 1959 - this awarded after he had assumed the surname ‘Campbell-Macmillan-Collins’.
