Corieltauvi, Uninscribed issues, Unit, Boar/Horse type, boar right, no spear in back, pellet-in-annulets around, exergual line below, rev. horse left, wheel above, pellets-in-annulets around, 1.42g/8h (BMC –; VA –; S 396). About very fine, reverse better, toned, an extremely rare variety (£300-400)

The so-called ‘Wheel’ type is only listed in Van Arsdell and BMC with horse facing right. Only three examples with horse left are listed in the CCI, of which the present specimen is one
