Three: Private W. Wise, 20th Battalion London Regiment, died of wounds, 26 March 1919

William Wise lived in Catford and enlisted at Blackheath. Serving with the 20th Battalion London Regiment he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 9 October 1915. Serving with them, he died of wounds on 26 March 1919. He was buried in the Ribemont Communal Cemetery Extension. Sold with ‘National Reserve London’ enamelled lapel badge, 20th London Regiment sweetheart brooch, silver and enamel, and copied research.
