Francis Clarence Daley was born on 19 April 1905 at Barnaby River, New Brunswick. He joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at Ottawa, Ontario, on 20 June 1934. He was promoted Lance-Cororal in April 1940, Corporal in April 1941, and Sergeant in November 1947. He was awarded the Royal Canadian Mounted Police L.S. & G.C., notified in the Canada Gazette of 11 September 1954. Sold with a copied group photograph and copied research.
