Francis Reginald Powell O’Callaghan was born in Murree, India, on 29 July 1880. He was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Engineers on 6 January 1900, was promoted to Lieutenant on 6 January 1903 and to Captain on 6 January 1909. With the Royal Engineers he served in Somaliland, November 1903-December 1904, and Gibraltar, February 1905-February 1909. Captain O’Callaghan died in London on 15 May 1910. Sold with copied research.
