Listed as a Lieutenant in the Victoria Column for the 1893 medal; Lieutenant/Adjutant in the Victoria Rifle Corps for the 1896 clasp, and Lieutenant in the Garrison Volunteer Corps for the 1897 clasp. Sold with a copied group photograph which includes Williams.
