War Medal 1939-45; Colonial Police L.S. & G.C., G.VI.R., 2nd issue (9168 A./2/Sgt. Mchetwa, B.S.A. Police), as is common with these issues, the appearance of having been officially renamed, but in fact entirely as issued, contact marks and edge bruising, otherwise very fine and scarce (2) £120-140

Mchetwa retired in October 1951 after more than 20 years’ service; sold with a photocopied portrait photograph taken from a retirement feature in the Mapolisa.
