Daniel Allison was awarded his Imperial Service Medal for services as a postman in Liverpool (London Gazette 30 June 1933 refers); sold with copied MIC entry confirming his entitlement to only the British War & Victory Medals.

Herbert Eustace Ewin enlisted in the Royal Engineers in July 1915, served in the R.E. Postal Section and was discharged in October 1918, earning entitlement to only the British War & Victory Medals (his
MIC entry refers). His subsequent award of the Imperial Service Medal was in respect of services as a G.P.O. Overseer in Cambridge (London Gazette 11 August 1944 refers).

Lawrence Tom Duke Wood was entitled to only the British War & Victory Medals (his
MIC entry confirms).
