Sapper James Timoney, Royal Engineers, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 25 July 1915. Placed in Class ‘Z’ Reserve on 18 April 1919. Was the brother of Private Thomas E. Timoney, Royal Dublin Fusiliers (sold D.N.W. 17 September 2004).
Private Joseph Sallinger, 2nd Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers, was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 24 May 1915. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial.
2nd Lieutenant D. N. Henchy, served in the 7th Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers.
