Sydney William Collings was born at Totnes, Devon, on 13 November 1878, and joined the Royal Navy on his 18th birthday in 1896. He served during the Great War in torpedo boats and aboard the destroyer Mandate, and joined the R.F.R. on 23 November 1918. Sold with copy service record.

Walter Welby Wright was born at Newmarket, Suffolk, on 31 May 1899, and entered the Royal Marine Artillery on his 18th birthday in 1917. Invalided out in April 1925, he subsequently joined the Suffolk Constabulary. Sold with further details and copy of Coronation Medal roll. His Jubilee Medal has not been confirmed.
