Crimea 1854-56, 1 clasp, Sebastopol (W. Norris, 90th Regt.) officially impressed naming, light marks, otherwise very fine £250-300

William Norris enlisted into the 90th Regiment at Clonmel, County Tipperary, on 24 January 1845, aged 18. He was severely wounded before Sebastopol on 5 July 1855, and after spending 11 days in the regimental hospital was moved to the field hospital at Balaklava, where he succumbed to his wounds on 12 August 1855.
