Arthur Reginald Bond, who was born at Silverton, Essex, but later a resident of Plumstead, Kent, was killed in action at Ypres on 3 June 1916, while serving in the 10th Battalion, Rifle Brigade. He was 23 years of age and left a widow, Laura, resident at Abbey Wood, London, and is buried in White House Cemetery, St. Jean-les-Ypres, Belgium.
