Approximately 100 dated ‘1848’ long service medals were awarded.

Thomas Hardiman joined as a Boy on 5 January 1820. He served as Boatswain’s Mate abaord
Columbine from 11 July 1846 to 13 April 1850, the date on which his Medal was approved. Sold with copy record of service.
