Jeffrey David Hill was born in Swansea on 15 April 1956, and joined the Royal Marines on 16 September 1974.

As a Corporal he served in No. 3 Troop of the Medical Squadron, Commando Logistic Regiment, Royal Marines (from S.S.
Canberra), at the Falklands Field Hospital, commanded by Surgeon-Commander Rick Jolly and known as the ‘Red and Green Life Machine’. His service, from 2-19 June, is confirmed in the book of the same name.

Sold with copy Certificate of Service, which confirms all medals and clasps, and three ‘Royal Marines Commando’ cloth patches.
