Private James H. Cook, 2nd Battalion Hampshire Regiment, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 27 December 1914. The recipient came from Southampton. In addition to the above he was entitled to the 1914-15 Star, British War and Victory Medals. Sold with copied gazette extracts, M.M. card and m.i.c.
