1 clasp, Kenya (Lt., Para.); Army L.S. & G.C., G.VI.R., Regular Army (6200942 W.O. Cl. 2, Mx.), mounted as worn, the second to last with officially corrected rank, contact marks, very fine or better (6) £250-300

Henry John Jennings was commissioned as a Lieutenant & Quarter-Master in the Middlesex Regiment in September 1951 and, following a period of attachment to the King’s Africa Rifles at the time of the Mau Mau troubles, served in the 11th (Territorial) Battalion, Parachute Regiment 1954-56, in which latter period he was advanced to Captain. He left the Army in 1959.
