Serjeant Harry Lanning, K.R.R.C. entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 4 August 1915. He served in East Africa, November 1917-February 1918, and entered Nigeria on 16 March 1918. It is probable he acted as an instructor to the native troops involved in the Abudi War, June/July 1918. Sold with copied m.i.c. and roll extract.
