Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Double-Crown, Gp D, mm. harp, class II, bust 7, reads fr and hib, 4.42g/7h (SCBI Schneider 196; SCBI Brooker 160, same dies; N 2168; S 2702). Slightly weak in places and the reverse lightly double struck, otherwise about extremely fine (£1,000-1,200)
