Scottish Badges, a group of good quality items comprising two Royal Scots officers’ glengarry badges pre 1935, pattern beaded silver stars with raised gilt Thistle motto circles and central thistle sprays on a ground of green enamel (one replaced with plastic disc); Gordon Highlanders, a Staff Sergeant’s bonnet/glengarry badge, officer’s style but in die-cast silver plate; 79th Cameron Highlanders, a good silver plated die-stamped glengarry/bonnet badge c1872-91 (no ‘Cameron’), original pin back; 4th Volunteer Battalion, The Black Watch a die-stamped, white metal, double headed eagle badge, being the mount from the other ranks helmet plate; and a smaller pattern collar badge, brooched for use on the side hat, good overall condition (6) £100-130
