The Highland Light Infantry Militia Battalions, a very fine and rare officer’s shoulder belt plate 1881-1901, rectangular gilt back plate with seeded ground, mounted with a large silver Thistle style star, coiled silver bugle horn in the centre with gilt ‘HLI’ monogram in the coil, a gilt Imperial QVC above, usual hook and stud fasteners, very good condition £300-400
