Ballinasloe, Farming Society of Ireland (Inst. 1800), a silver award medal by W. Mossop, farm animals and plough, rev. wreath, named (Adjudged to Thos. Sloan, Esqr, for the best of the Prize two-years old Longhorned Bulls at Ballinasloe Show, 5th Octr. 1814), 51mm (Frazer p.455; Gilbert 25; cf. T. Millett FPL 2003, 44 and 2004, 40). Light scratches and scuffs both sides, otherwise very fine and very rare; with ring for suspension (£100-150)
