O.B.E. London Gazette 1 January 1919. ‘In recognition of valuable services rendered in connection with the war’.

Commander Graham received his award at Buckingham Palace on 3 March 1920. He died on 31 January 1965, aged 90 years. Sold with a congratulatory note from the London, Brighton & South Coast Railway, to ‘Hon. Engr. Commander W. A. Graham, O.B.E., R.N.R., Marine Shops, Newhaven’. With O.B.E. case.
