Stoker Petty Officer Francis Levi Myers, R.N., was killed in action on 16 July 1943, whilst serving aboard the aircraft carrier Indomitable. The ship was serving in support of the landings in Sicily (Operation Husky) when she was attacked and received a hit from Italian torpedo planes. Sold with copied research.
