Memorial Plaque 1914-18 (Edward Jesse Medlam) good very fine £60-80

Edward Jesse Medlam was born in Shepton Mallet and living at Amesbury, Wiltshire, enlisted at Romsey. Serving as Corporal 3789 in the 5th Dragoon Guards (Princess Charlotte of Wales’s), he was killed in action at the battle of the Aisne, 12 September 1914. He was buried in the Braine Communal Cemetery, France.
