185001 Able Seaman F. W. Bigg, H.M.S. Centurion, serving in the Seymour Expedition to Pekin, was wounded at Hsiku on 22 June 1900, suffering a bullet wound to the left forearm. He received his medal from H.M. The King on 8 March 1902.
