Christopher Rodgers was born in and enlisted at Dublin. Serving with the 2nd Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers, he was killed in action on 13 February 1915. He was buried in the Prowse Point Military Cemetery. He was the husband of Mrs E. Sheares (formerly Rodgers), of 7 Woodroofes Cottages, Islandbridge, Dublin.
