BDW 18, 391)., very fine or better, scarce; President carnot assassinated, 1894, a cast gilt-bronze medal, unsigned, Carnot seated in his carriage with fellow travellers, in the act of being stabbed by Caserio, bust of Carnot with wreath above, reverse legend in 9 lines, 73mm., of somewhat crude but amusing style, fine and rare; with large loop for suspension (£40-60)
