A good North Indian or Afghan dagger, kard, the 49cm T-back section black watered blade with faint traces of arabic inscription, the mounts covered with foliate patterns applied in heavy gold koftghari, spirally ribbed horn grips, complete with its wood scabbard covered with black ass hide, simple copper chape with foliate shaped finial, some rodent damage to top of grips, scabbard a little worn, otherwise good condition £400-450
