George Percy Mason was born in Wetherby, West Yorkshire, on 8 September 1889. A Chauffeur by occupation, he enlisted into the R.N.A.S. as a Petty Officer Mechanic on 28 December 1914. Based on Pembroke III and President II he served with the Armoured Car Divison in France. In August 1915 he was transferred to the Army. Sold with copied service paper.
